Ormano is what the locals call the lands along the Struma River. These fields are the most fertile and most desirable. In the past, they were overgrown with forests that were cut down to take over this fertile land for agricultural purposes. Orman in Turkish means forest. The old name of the village of Damyanitsa is Orman Chiflik.
Beautiful straw color with green reflections. Subtle nose with notes of acacia honey, citrus and tendril. Medium body with excellent freshness and a sense of ripe quince. Long, fruity finish.
