Volcano Syrah
The majority of the vine where the grapes for this wine grew are located near the extinct volcano Kojuh. When the volcano erupts, it brings death and devastation. Yet the microelements and minerals that are thrust to the surface enrich the soil so that new life takes hold and flourishes. Close to the extinct volcano Kojuh, the vineyards thrive in what were lava and volcano ash millions of years ago.
The wine has vivid, dense ink red colour.
The aroma – mature, varietal nose with soft black berries, small flowers (pansies) interesting accent of pine honey and liqueur notes.
Palate – juicy, volume body with grainy, velvet tannins, dense structure and elegant, noble finale. Wine with aging potential.
