The following conditions of sale and delivery shall apply to the purchase of goods from Bulgarian Wine.

Delivery Time

Bulgarian Wine delivers on all weekdays, within 8 days of the order being received.

It is possible to pick up goods from Bulgarian Wine – Størlingevej 9, 4733 Tappernøje, Denmark. When choosing a “Shipping method” select “Local Pick up”, then contact us via the contact form or by phone +45 21 140 840 to agree on a date for picking the goods up.


Bulgarian Wine provides a two year warranty under the Sale of Goods Law. Remember that the warranty is limited to the product’s natural durability, and that this presupposes that the goods are stored and treated correctly. Bottles with a “plug” and other types of bad flavors or smells inevitably occurs and may be expected by the customer to a certain extent. If there are “plug” in more than one out of twelve bottles of the same wine purchased in the same order it will be accepted by Bulgarian Wine as a complaint, and Bulgarian Wine in such cases will make the exchange, but not necessarily to the same year of production. The mentioned complaint regarding wines with “plug”, etc. shall be filed as soon as possible, and such wines shall without delay be sent to Bulgarian Wine if the customer wants exchange. Keep in mind that the customer’s warranty in any case disappears two years after delivery.

When you return the product, please provide a detailed description of the problem.

Damage during transport

Your items are well wrapped in protective packaging to protect them during transport. Should you be unlucky and the product is damaged during transport, please contact us as soon as possible. We will contact the deliverer with a complaint.

Return Policy

You, as the consumer, have 14 days to return your goods when you shop with us. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase.  After 14 days from the date you received your goods, the purchase will be final.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you want to return your purchase. The notification shall be given by email to [email protected] , tel. +45 21 140 840 or by using the standard Return Form.

In your message, make us clearly aware that you want to use your right of return. You can not undo your purchase by simply rejecting the goods without providing a clear message on your intent to return the goods.


You must send your order back to us without undue delay and within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to return your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with product return shipping. You bear the risk from the time of delivery of the goods.

Items excluded from Return Policy

Due to health and hygiene reasons, the right of return does not apply to goods where the seal has been broken after delivery. Any items with a seal that has been broken are not returnable and will not be reimbursed.

Product condition on all Returns

You are liable for any damage or diminished value of the goods resulting from improper handling. If the product has been opened, we consider it as used, which means that you will not be refunded.

Repayment of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will be eligible for a reimbursement. Any damage to purchased items which the buyer is responsible for may result in a partial refund.

If you use your right of Return, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and within 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to return your goods and withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product, unless you have since been supplied evidence of having sent the purchase back

You can also cancel your purchase by providing a clear message, and deliver it in person at the above address by prior arrangement.

All return postage must be paid by the sender returning the goods. We do not accept packages where postage payment is collected on delivery.


Prices are specified per piece. Prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) including 25% VAT. Subject to obsolete parts and price error.  A discount on wines may apply based on the quantity of purchase, for instance, when buying a whole box (the amount of bottles in a box varies by the brand of the wine).
